Answer

Memberships:

Individual memberships include single and family/household memberships. If you have a family/household membership program, please count each person as a member for this field. If you do not track the people in a family/household membership, count the maximum that can be included for each family/household memberships

For example, if your household membership has a maximum of 4 people allowed to be included and you sold 15 memberships but do not know exactly how many people are included in each membership, count 60 for your household membership program (4 x 15 = 60)

Subscriptions:

Subscriptions include single and family/household subscriptions. If you have a family/household subscription program, please count each person as a subscriber for this field. If you do not track the people in a family/household subscription, count the maximum that can be included for each family/household subscription.

For example, if your household subscription has a maximum of 2 people allowed to be included and you sold 15 subscriptions but do not know exactly how many people are included in each subscription, count 30 for your household subscription program (2 x 15 = 30)
